The technician (wish I could remember his name) replaced suspension rods for a Samsung clothes washer in record time! Highly recommend AMZ for all appliance repair!

My washing machine stopped working. ABT (where I bought it) said they could send someone in 10 days. I called AMZ and they came the next day. Fixed it very quickly. Two knowledgeable and friendly guys - thank you very much.
